MAVI seeks a Treasury Manager to own cash accounting, bank reconciliations, and treasury operations for a high-growth US company, working remotely from Argentina. You will report to the Controller or VP of Finance and stay hands-on during close or audits.

This is a fully remote role with a single client; full-time requires a minimum 4 hours daily overlap with US Eastern Time. Build bank relationships, manage cash position, and oversee debt and hedges.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of accounting experience in a senior role.
• US GAAP or IFRS exposure with US clients/elements.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Experience with NetSuite, Kyriba, or bank portals.
• Strong written and spoken English for global collaboration.

The Role

We are seeking a Treasury Manager to own cash accounting, bank reconciliations, and treasury operations at a high-growth US company, working remotely from Argentina.

You will lead the area's people and its day-to-day results, reporting to the Controller or VP of Finance, while staying hands-on whenever the close or an audit needs it.

What You'll Own

• Banking relationships. Manage bank relationships, accounts, and signatories.
• Bank reconciliations. Reconcile every bank and processor account daily or monthly.
• Cash position. Report the daily cash position.
• Debt and investments. Account for debt, interest, and short-term investments.
• FX. Record FX transactions and hedges.
• Treasury controls. Own controls over payments and bank access.
• The team. Lead, review, and develop a team of accountants, setting clear standards for quality and timeliness.
• Controls. Design and maintain the controls and approval workflows for your area, and fix gaps before an auditor finds them.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of accounting experience
• Experience leading accountants and owning the review of their work
• Experience with bank reconciliations and cash accounting
• US GAAP experience, or strong Argentine GAAP (FACPCE) or IFRS experience with exposure to US clients or entities
• Experience with NetSuite, Kyriba, or bank portals
• Strong written and spoken English for daily work with US teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification

Preferred

• Experience with treasury management systems or multi-currency cash
• Experience using AI tools in accounting workflows, with the judgment to review and correct AI-generated output

Work Arrangement
