J.P. Morgan in Argentina seeks an experienced professional to support origination and execution for North America clients across investment banking products. You will build relationships with deal teams and coordinate critical client activities, due diligence, and onboarding efforts to ensure timely, accurate transaction execution.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with deal teams to support origination and execution.
• Coordinate completion of client activities and milestones, ESG, due diligence, announcements, and closing steps.
• Participate in due diligence discussions, capture follow-ups, and drive actions to closure with timelines.
• Maintain visibility on deal pipeline and provide timely status updates, escalation, and prioritization.
• Partner with compliance, legal, credit, research, finance, and business management to support client and transaction requirements.
• Collaborate with KYC Operations to support onboarding and maintenance for relationships.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve execution efficiency.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with deal teams to support transaction origination and execution across a portfolio of North America clients.
• Coordinate completion of key client activities and transaction milestones, including negative media screening, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) assessments, sanctions due diligence, announcements, and closing steps.
• Participate in due diligence discussions, capture follow-ups, and drive actions to closure with clear ownership and timelines.
• Maintain visibility on the deal pipeline and provide timely status updates, escalation, and prioritization as needed.
• Partner with compliance, legal, credit, research, finance, and business management teams to support client and transaction requirements.
• Partner with Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations to support timely and accurate onboarding and maintenance activities for new and existing relationships.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve the consistency and efficiency of execution.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Demonstrated knowledge of investment banking products, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, leveraged finance, and loans.
• Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with clients and senior stakeholders in a professional, service-oriented manner.
• Proven ability to take ownership of deliverables, manage deadlines, and independently drive tasks through completion.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize across multiple active items and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to identify issues, assess impact, and drive practical resolutions.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering dependable, timely, and accurate support to transaction teams and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear status reporting and crisp documentation.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Experience in relationship management, sales coverage, or transaction execution.
• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
