Are you an experienced Test Manager who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions? Then read on!

In this role, you will lead the test strategy for a large-scale transformation project that aims to migrate trades across all asset classes from legacy systems into a modern, integrated platform. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of testing, from Unit to Acceptance, Performance, and Regression, while ensuring end-to-end test coordination across globally distributed teams.

Your expertise

• Strong experience in test management across all test phases, from Unit to Performance and Regression
• Proven ability to define and execute the strategies in large scale, complex IT environments
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across IT, business, and global operations
• Comfortable working hands-on and coordinating across multiple squads and regions
• Skilled in environments and configuration management to support robust test execution
• Experience with Murex and/or test automation is a strong plus

What you can expect

• Competitive gross monthly salary between €5.100 to €6.700
• Hybrid work: 2 to 3 days on site in the Randstad region
• 25 days of vacation per year
