Medtronic Argentina is hiring for an IT support specialist located in CABA, Argentina. You will resolve technical issues, guide customers through software and hardware deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.

The role emphasizes ITSM discipline, proactive problem solving, and strong communication with users and internal teams. A university degree and 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of end-user technical support experience across hardware, software, systems, and applications.
  • Experience using ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow) and ticket management systems.
  • Advanced English skills and proficiency with collaboration tools such as Teams, Outlook, and Zoom.

Responsabilités

  • Provide technical support to end users via phone and non-voice channels.
  • Assist customers with installation, use, and training of software/hardware products.
  • Collaborate with technical, sales, and customer service teams to resolve recurring issues.
  • Document resolutions and monitor issue status to ensure timely closure.
  • Recommend system improvements to reduce user problems.

El puesto estará ubicado en Argentina, CABA en oficina de Medtronic.

Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes:
  • Resuelve problemas técnicos que se presentan por teléfono en un centro de atención telefónica o servicio de soporte técnico.
  • Aplica su experiencia en servicio al cliente y los conocimientos técnicos adquiridos en experiencias anteriores para resolver problemas relacionados con la instalación, el uso y la capacitación de los clientes sobre productos de software y/o hardware.
  • Puede colaborar con el personal técnico, de ventas, de servicio al cliente o de mercadotecnia para resolver problemas recurrentes y dificultades con los productos.
  • Brinda soporte técnico a los usuarios para aplicaciones y hardware de PC, servidores o mainframes.
  • Responde preguntas relacionadas con los procedimientos del sistema, las transacciones en línea, el estado de los sistemas y los procedimientos en caso de interrupciones del servicio.
  • Interactúa con los servicios de red, ingeniería de sistemas de software y/o desarrollo de aplicaciones con el fin de restablecer el servicio y/o identificar problemas.
  • Mantiene un registro de seguimiento de la resolución de problemas para garantizar su solución oportuna.
  • Recomienda modificaciones en los sistemas con el fin de reducir los problemas de los usuarios.
Especifico de la función:

Capacidad para utilizar una variedad de procesos de soporte al usuario final implementados por Medtronic, tales como la gestión de servicios de TI (ServiceNow), la comunicación y la colaboración (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) para resolver problemas técnicos.

Tecnología:

Comprensión de la experiencia y los desafíos del usuario final al utilizar la tecnología y el servicio. Adquirir y mantener conocimientos sobre los servicios y soluciones de TI que utilizan los clientes.

Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos:
  • Carrera universitaria en Ingeniero en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Sistemas, Ingeniera en Telecomunicación y/o experiencia relevante en ambientes tecnológicos.
  • Dos años de experiencia relevante en soporte técnico a usuarios finales en hardware, software, sistemas y aplicaciones.
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de servicios de TI (ITSM), preferentemente ServiceNow y/o sistemas de manejo de Tickets.
  • Ideal contar con un nivel avanzado de Ingles.
  • Dominio de plataformas de colaboración y comunicación como Microsoft Teams, Outlook y Zoom.
