Create and maintain knowledge base articles with input from our subject matter experts.
Take ownership of the process of updating and maintaining our entire product documentation.
Take ownership of the documentation branch of our Product Releases.
Work directly with our development teams and Product Managers to research and gather information for brochures, web content and magazine entries.
Gather pain points and burning questions, direct them to the appropriate experts and turn around content to address these content gaps.
Prioritize feedback – internal and external – to drive improvements on our documentation.
Use your expertise to create, implement and govern our content standards.
