Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale engineering initiatives from a remote location. You will align engineering capabilities with business goals, drive roadmaps, manage dependencies, and report progress to stakeholders.

You will coordinate multi-team efforts, optimize workflows, and champion scalable processes while working with a global Top 1% tech talent network. Excellent English required; remote-friendly and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or engineering leadership.
• Experience coordinating complex technical programs across multiple teams.
• Strong technical literacy with background in engineering or systems architecture.
• Hands-on experience defining technical strategy and roadmaps at scale.
• Excellent cross-team coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of large-scale technical initiatives across departments.
• Define and refine program roadmaps, translating tech strategy into milestones.
• Facilitate high-level discussions to resolve dependencies and improve collaboration.
• Establish program management frameworks to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders with transparent progress updates.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements.
