Yochana is seeking a capable Business Analyst to work with clients and management across geographies. The role emphasizes facilitation, process documentation, and rigorous requirements gathering in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have MS Azure familiarity, strong communication, and a willingness to adapt to changing requirements while identifying process improvements and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

The ability to work and team effectively with clients and other management and PPEDD level stakeholders across geographies, demonstrating great customer focus.

Project management and business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, scope management, cost management and requirements gathering

Understanding of latest MS cloud computing and data technologies.

Adopt a logical and organized approach to problem resolution

Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions

Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing requirements

Demonstrates ability to identify and recommend processes improvements

Excellent management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent work experience

Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Quality Analyst experience is a plus.

Familiar with the latest technologies in the Microsoft Azure landscape

Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred
