SAP SE in Buenos Aires seeks a Senior SAP Professional with a strong technical background to join as Technical Service Manager. You will deliver high-quality managed services, support Rise with SAP customers in S/4HANA Private Cloud journeys, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery with SAP Global Cloud Operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• High proficiency in customer communications and presentations.
• Hyperscalers certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions including S/4HANA architecture and migration paths.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for private cloud customers for technical delivery topics and contractual entitlements.
• Be the technical landscape owner and lead technical delivery and system landscape management.
• Act as single end‑to‑end delivery orchestrator for SAP Global Cloud Operations.
• Onboard customers with defined technical managed services scope and roles.
• Develop strategic technical engagement and trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Proactively manage operational security risk and ensure compliance communications.
• Guide customers on Business Continuity, Security & Compliance and safeguard the innovation roadmap.
• Maintain collaboration with GCO Technical Operations for ticket handling and escalations.
• Support contract renewals and revenue protection through proactive value add.
