Job summary

SAP in Buenos Aires is seeking an accomplished Senior SAP Professional with a technical background to join our team as a Technical Service Manager. You will deliver high-quality technical managed services, supporting Rise with SAP customers in their SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud adoption journey, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery, working along with other roles in SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• High proficiency in customer communications and presentations.
• Hyperscalers certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions, including S/4HANA architecture and migration paths.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for private cloud customers for technical delivery topics and contractual entitlements.
• Be the technical landscape owner and lead End2End delivery for SAP Global Cloud Operations.
• Onboard customers with defined managed services scope and roles.
• Develop strategic technical engagement and act as a trusted advisor.
• Proactively manage operational security risk and address maintenance promptly.
• Collaborate with GCO Technical Operations and other customer-facing roles for One SAP experience.
