Teladoc Health is seeking a Technology Business Manager to govern its enterprise software portfolio, drive cost optimization, and manage software investments across the organization. You will partner with Technology, Finance, Procurement and Legal to handle renewals, licensing, and spend governance, balancing business needs with financial stewardship.

Formación

• 8+ years in TBM, ITFM, SAM, vendor management, procurement, or related fields.
• Experience managing software renewals, contracts, licensing, and negotiations.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Ability to influence decisions across multiple business units without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Govern the enterprise software portfolio, driving renewals, investments, and spend governance.
• Lead cost optimization through rationalization, consolidation, and renegotiation.
• Track vendor performance, renewal milestones, and contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Technology leaders on governance.
• Produce executive-level reporting on software spend and portfolio health.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for software expenses.
