Teladoc Health is seeking a Director, Platform Engineering & DevOps to lead the development of an automation-first Azure platform while migrating workloads from AWS and on-premises data centers. You will partner across SRE, Security, and Application Engineering to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure and self-service capabilities.

You'll build landing zones, governance, IaC standards, and golden paths, mentor engineering leaders, and communicate progress to executives as Teladoc accelerates

Formación

• 10+ years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering with leadership experience.
• Deep Azure expertise including landing zones, security, governance, and resiliency.
• Strong IaC/automation experience (Terraform, CI/CD, Git workflows).
• Proven track record in cloud transformations and hybrid environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead Platform Engineering org, strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Design/evolve Azure platform with landing zones, governance, security, observability.
• Migrate workloads from AWS/on-prem to Azure; establish IaC as standard.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and standardized deployment patterns.
• Create self-service platform capabilities and golden paths for developers.
• Partner with Network, SRE, Security, and App Engineering on telemetry, SLIs/SLOs, and observability.
• Ensure cloud cost management and FinOps practices.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering leaders; executive communications.
