Teladoc Health in Argentina seeks a Director, Platform Engineering & DevOps to lead the enterprise Platform Engineering organization, focusing on building a modern automation-first Azure platform while migrating remaining workloads from AWS and on-premises data centers.

The role partners with Network Engineering, SRE, Security, and Application Engineering to deliver secure, reliable, scalable infrastructure, driving self-service platforms, IaC, and FinOps across environments.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or related leadership roles.
• Deep Azure knowledge including enterprise cloud architecture, governance, and security.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automated CI/CD workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Platform Engineering org, including strategy, roadmaps, standards, and operating model.
• Design and evolve enterprise Azure platform, landing zones, governance, identity, networking, security, observability and resiliency.
• Drive IaC and automation as default provisioning approach; develop reusable Terraform modules and pipelines.
