Tech Lead / Sr. Software Engineer - Latam

We are looking for a Tech Lead who is passionate about architecture and building scalable systems for our company. Our main product is a platform that ensures global teams enjoy the same benefits, such as providing healthcare access to employees in different countries, like Pakistan and Argentina. Currently, we have users from 26 countries and have experienced significant growth in the past year. That's why we're ready to scale to reach our next level!

1. Take technical ownership of our systems and have comprehensive knowledge of them.
2. Collaborate with the dev team both technically and personally to maintain and enhance code quality while supporting their professional growth.
3. Conduct code reviews, review and correct PRs, and uphold code quality for the front and back end codebase.
4. Collaborate with the team to plan features.
5. Conduct 1-on-1s and follow-up meetings with the team to support their growth.
6. Propose system improvements, always with the goal of improving efficiency, cost savings, addressing scalability issues, or generating new revenue streams.

1. Strong SR-level experience, showcasing proficiency in both technology and business.
2. Exceptional coding skills with a minimum of 4 years of Node.js experience.
3. Experience with Lambdas, EC2, RDS, SQS, Dynamo DB.
4. Prior experience in product-focused companies is a must.
5. Experience in rapidly growing startups is a plus.
6. A commitment to delivering high-quality work with a sense of urgency.
7. Demonstrated ownership of your work.
8. Conversational English skills (perfection not necessary).

1. Modalidad contractor: pago en USD por Deel.
