Tech Consulting Role - Senior

Your key responsibilities

• This role will act as a liaison between the technology team, payroll processing country teams, and clients.
• Previous knowledge of Payroll is advantageous.
• Understand all phases of payroll processing, including inputs, processing, outputs, and reports.
• Participate in requirement gathering, converting requirements into technical specifications, and technical delivery.
• Support monthly operational deliveries.
• Debug and resolve client/country payroll team queries as needed.
• Knowledge of system interfaces between payroll systems is preferred.
• Prepare project plans and weekly status updates.
• Assist with other ad hoc requests as they arise.

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelor’s degree or in Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of experience in international payroll is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Mandatory excellent communication skills.

What we look for

• Professionalism and ability to communicate across management levels.
• Knowledge of Workday or other HCM systems is preferable.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL queries is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Effective decision-making, problem-solving, analytical, teamwork, organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills.
