Formación

  • 3-5 years of experience in international payroll is preferred.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and system interfaces is advantageous.

Tech Consulting Role - Senior
Your key responsibilities
  1. Act as a liaison between the technology team, payroll processing country teams, and clients.
  2. Possess knowledge of payroll processes, including inputs, processing, outputs, and reports; previous payroll experience is advantageous.
  3. Participate in requirement gathering, translating requirements into technical specifications, and ensuring technical delivery.
  4. Support monthly operational deliveries and troubleshoot client or payroll team queries.
  5. Knowledge of system interfaces between payroll systems is preferred.
  6. Prepare project plans and provide weekly status updates.
  7. Assist with ad hoc requests as needed.
Skills and attributes for success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in international payroll is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, capable of working under strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Workday or similar HCM systems, databases, SQL, and Excel.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, analytical, teamwork, organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
