As a Team Leader – Sales Operations Manager for the Americas region, you will lead a team of Sales Operations Specialists based in Argentina. Your primary focus will be performance management, KPI optimization, process improvement, and ensuring effective communication across internal and external stakeholders to support the sales function.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the performance of the Sales Operations team in the Americas region, analyzing KPIs to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  2. Produce and deliver weekly reports with insights and data analysis to support the sales organization.
  3. Manage and maintain Expereo’s Back Office systems through accurate and timely data entry.
  4. Create and submit qualified quote requests to customers within set deadlines.
  5. Submit availability and pricing check requests and follow through to completion.
  6. Handle correspondence between internal departments while ensuring customer expectations and deadlines are met.
  7. Act as a liaison with global stakeholders to align workflows, improve processes, and streamline communication.
  8. Support the Sales Project Manager in pre- and post-sales planning for large Internet and SD-WAN RFPs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications industry and an international environment.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and performance management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields (preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, data analysis tools).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for global communication.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proactive, analytical mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Immediate or short-term availability is a plus.
