Language Trainers is seeking a Teacher Recruitment Assistant/Profile searcher with excellent English to support our growing team across the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada and the USA. This remote role requires self-motivation, strong communication, and the ability to manage recruitment processes from screening to paperwork.

You will work under the Sales Supervisor, coordinating with the course coordinators, using Indeed and LinkedIn to find candidates, and contributing to a fast, efficient hiring

Formación

• Excellent spoken/written English (C1/C2).

Responsabilidades

• Manage teacher recruitment within our database and outsource platforms.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including profile selection, interview and paperwork exchange with the selected trainer.
• Provide the selected teacher’s profile to the sales department and handover to the course coordinator

About us

Language Trainers is an international language training agency (based in USA, UK, Brazil, Australia) which provides qualified language teachers to clients in over 10 countries. Since 2004, we have taught over 50,000 students on an individual basis. We are looking for a Teacher Recruitment Assistant/Profile searcher with excellent skills in English, to provide support to our growing team in the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada and USA. The job will require remote work (i.e. working from home) and the successful applicant will be working under direct supervision from the Sales Supervisor. You will need to possess a very good command of the English language. You will also need to be highly organized, have an excellent phone manner and a good command of Microsoft Office Suite. The job requires access to a computer and good broadband internet connection. Willingness to work flexible hours would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage teacher recruitment within our database and outsource platforms.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including profile selection, interview and paperwork exchange with the selected trainer.
• Provide the selected teacher’s profile to the sales department and handover to the course coordinator

Essential Skills

• Excellent spoken/written English (C1/C2) and preferably also speak one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Portuguese, French.
• Excellent phone manner.
• Excellent PC (Microsoft Office & internet) skills.
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong online research and analytical skills
