Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading administrative/operational teams.
• Strong organizational and workload management skills.
• Hands-on, player/coach leadership style, able to support during busy periods.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in professional services, accounting, tax, or consulting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach, and support a team of Tax Administration Associates.
• Jump in on coverage, escalations, training, and peak-period support as needed.
• Assign portfolios to associates and ensure cross-training and backup coverage.
• Prioritize and distribute work to meet service expectations and deadlines.
• Monitor workload, capacity, and work schedules; provide regular feedback.
• Ensure compliance with information security, confidentiality, and document handling standards.
