Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst II to support targeting and alignment operations in Buenos Aires. You will process ZIP-to-territory data, ingest into the data lake, and resolve data issues while collaborating with commercial teams.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong data quality mindset, and the ability to translate business rules into actionable outputs. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with strong quantitative foundations.
• Experience handling large datasets, data quality checks, and data transformation tasks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support ZIP-to-territory processing and data lake-related activities for T&A operations.
• Validate data quality and prepare targeting, alignment, and territory management outputs for commercial teams.
• Manage data intake, processing, and documentation of raw commercial and market data files.
• Perform analyses (targeting, overlap, gaps, funnel) to support business decisions and automation opportunities.
• Maintain SOPs and documentation for scalable data workflows and issue resolution.
