Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst II to support targeting and alignment (T&A) processes, data intake, and downstream commercial outputs. You will link raw data inputs with data lake ingestion, validate data quality, and handle operational tickets across systems.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new tools and analytics methods for commercial insights.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data operations, sales operations, commercial analytics, healthcare analytics, or related function.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and structured data manipulation.
• Experience working with large, structured datasets and performing detailed quality-control checks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience managing operational workflows, ticket-based issue resolution, and recurring business requests.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation discipline, and data quality mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain data issues and resolution steps clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Support territory loading, ZIP-to-territory processing, data lake requests, and related alignment system activities.
• Assist with identification of the target universe based on approved business rules, client requirements, and commercial strategy.
• Support account profiling using product, market, HCP, HCO, CRM, and other relevant commercial data sources.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain targeting, alignment, call planning, and territory management outputs used by commercial teams.
• Support territory optimization, workload balancing, and footprint coverage analyses.
