ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our Talent Operations team and gain hands-on experience in full-cycle talent operations in a 1000+ people IT company. You’ll work closely with Recruitment, Engineering Leads, Delivery Managers, and HR, applying your organizational and communication skills to support processes and special initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Help our Software Engineers find new projects within AgileEngine;
  • Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g. help our Engineers to find a part-time Project or a Mentor within the company);
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals;
  • Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines;
  • Keep track of available talent and job opportunities.
MUST HAVES
  • 1+ years of prior experience in an IT company as a recruiter or HR;
  • Highly developed listening and communication skills;
  • You are an energetic, proactive, and well-organized person;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English and above;
  • Great attention to detail.
NICE TO HAVES
  • You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment;
  • You have strong GTD skills.
