As the Talent Management Consultant, you will be the logistics and program execution partner within the Talent Management team. This role ensures teammates and leaders experience smooth, consistent delivery of Talent Management programs, from development and career planning to performance check-ins and calibration while directly administering onboarding, recognition, mentoring, and the company store. You will support the execution of our annual Global Talent Routines, which encompasses goal setting, succession planning, and year-end reviews, by coordinating logistics, maintaining systems, and enabling tools, templates, and resources. Your focus is operational excellence and rigor, program adoption, and delivering reliability.
