Your role at Clorox

As the Talent Management Consultant, you will be the logistics and program execution partner within the Talent Management team. This role ensures teammates and leaders experience smooth, consistent delivery of Talent Management programs, from development and career planning to performance check-ins and calibration while directly administering onboarding, recognition, mentoring, and the company store. You will support the execution of our annual Global Talent Routines, which encompasses goal setting, succession planning, and year-end reviews, by coordinating logistics, maintaining systems, and enabling tools, templates, and resources. Your focus is operational excellence and rigor, program adoption, and delivering reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Program Logistics – Global Talent Routines
    • Assist project management in executing key logistics
    • Own the updating and refreshing of all tools, templates, and resources
    • Program tracking of completion, adoption, and utilization
  • Enable Development & Career Planning
    • Support project management to ensure timeliness and project momentum
    • Maintain and refresh program resources, tools, and templates
    • Coordinate team meetings and agendas
  • Mentoring Program Administration
    • Ensure execution of Talent Management Mentoring Strategy
    • Partner with functional areas to launch, track, and maintain mentoring programs
    • Execute monthly matching of mentors to mentees
    • Provide quarterly metrics on participation, retention, satisfaction rates, feedback, and ROI
  • Onboarding (Process Ownership)
    • Own the overall structure, process, and sustainability of onboarding
    • Partner with L&D to deliver a consistent, engaging onboarding experience for incoming teammates
    • Facilitate new hire onboarding sessions
    • Partner with business SMEs to ensure delivery of onboarding components (IT, TA, HR)
    • Analyze onboarding performance for continuous improvement
  • Teammate Recognition & Company Store
    • Administer Clorox’s recognition platform, BRAVO, across all active regions
    • Partner with recognition vendor to run campaigns, new hire welcome kits, Cloroxiversaries service awards, peer-to-peer recognition, manager-to-teammate recognition and On-the-Spot Reward cards
    • Resolve all user ticket requests for BRAVO
  • Oversee Knowledge Systems
    • Build and maintain Talent Management ServiceNow page
    • Maintain supporting program pages for accuracy, relevance, and user experience
    • Respond and resolve incoming tickets related to portfolio
  • Data & Insights
    • Monitor timeliness, completion rates, program adoption, and ROI
    • Design and share TM dashboards and insights
    • Participate in After Action Reviews across portfolio

  • Advanced English, both written and spoken, required
