Your role at Clorox:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a “Clorox Talent Magnet” responsible for supporting the business by leading the end-to-end recruiting process by:
- Developing and executing innovative, bold sourcing strategies and recruitment plans for experienced hire talent aligned to Clorox and functional business and talent strategies.
- Achieving hiring objectives through screening resumes, conducting interviews, making recommendations to hiring managers, and guiding the hiring manager through to an accepted offer.
- Serving as a champion of TA tools, technology, networking and connecting people to Clorox talent opportunities by leveraging internal and external client and candidate relationships.
- Applying strategic execution and analytics skills with a strong ability to build relationships with Functional Leaders and Regional/Local People & Representatives.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end recruiting process as the single point of contact for Hiring Managers (HM) and candidates by managing searches against a timeline with a focus on meeting benchmarks and metrics, handling requisition management, candidate identification, interview coordination, compensation review, and offer acceptance.
- Act as a partner and a creative consultant in the Talent Acquisition process by forging dynamic consultative relationships with assigned functions and hiring managers to identify talent solutions for individual departments.
- Meet or exceed all Talent Acquisition Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics and Recruiter Scorecard metrics, including time to fill, time to submit first candidate, direct sourced candidates, disposition rate, LinkedIn recruiter seat usage, and hiring manager / candidate satisfaction survey scores.
- Use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance in all Talent Acquisition processes and timely communication to hiring managers and candidates; complete administrative reporting tasks monthly for accurate reporting.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned functions and build pro-active sourcing pipelines in advance of need on hard-to-fill roles or work locations.
- Use networking skills to build strong partnerships with external organizations or professional associations to attract talent to Clorox.
- Ensure a continuous improvement approach to Talent Acquisition processes through innovation and bold thinking.
What we look for:
- 6 years of experience in leading recruiting processes at international industrial companies and/or prestigious executive search firms.
- Experience in conducting end-to-end recruiting activities across LATAM & US and other countries.
- Recruiting experience in Supply Chain - Corporate Manufacturing and similar roles will be valuable.
- Languages required at an advanced level are English and Spanish.
- Solid experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as WD, Taleo or similar and CRM (Avarutre, Gem or similar).
- Excellent interpersonal skills; service/client orientation; active listening; good communication; ability to persuade and negotiate; analytical thinking and data mindset; flexibility to adapt to diverse contexts.
