Be the leader across all things recruitment:
Set recruitment strategy and oversee hiring processes across teams, ensuring business alignment and high standards at every stage.
Create best practices for the recruitment process, manager training, search best practices, and candidate experience.
Act as a strategic connector between Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to anticipate gaps and proactively address future needs.
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for the most critical and senior roles, personally leading or co-leading executive searches as needed.
Drive talent acquisition transformation:
Lead key projects to audit, streamline, and optimize our TA processes, collaborating with colleagues in every region.
Draft and continuously refine playbooks, templates, and process documentation, ensuring we balance consistency with the flexibility local markets need.
Coach and mentor team members on best practices for senior hiring.
Raise the bar on process, quality, and innovation:
Analyze underperforming roles or job ads, auditing JD content, outreach strategy, comp positioning, and platform selection, then test and track improvements.
Spot and solve process bottlenecks, always asking “why” and pushing for better.
Champion a data-driven, insights-first approach, turning weekly updates into action, not just information.
Tackle brand reputation puzzles (like Glassdoor reviews) with creative, proactive solutions.
Be a pioneer in recruiting technology:
Embrace and advance the use of AI and automation (like ChatGPT) in recruiting, using these tools for sourcing, screening, candidate mapping, and interview notes.

You have…
7+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting operations, including experience leading senior or complex searches.
Hands-on experience driving process improvements or project work, ideally across multiple regions or functions.
Proven confidence in challenging the status quo, influencing stakeholders, and coaching peers and managers.
Comfort with data, systems, and process mapping, you dig for root causes, not just symptoms.
Experience (or a real interest) in using AI and automation to supercharge recruiting.
Curiosity, initiative, and a builder’s mindset, if something’s broken, you don’t wait for someone else to fix it.
