Job summary

ExxonMobil in Argentina is seeking a early-career supplier and vendor coordination professional to help ensure timely delivery of materials and strong vendor relationships. You will monitor purchase orders, resolve issues with internal teams, and educate vendors on ExxonMobil systems and processes, supporting end-to-end materials operations.

Bachelor’s degree required; 1+ years in similar roles; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration; flexible and proactive in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade or similar fields.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to engage vendors and build relationships.
• Strong problem solving and task prioritization abilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional interfaces locally and remotely and promote corporate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of materials by monitoring purchase orders and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide best-in-class support to assigned vendors and serve as main contact for delivery-related matters.
• Detect operational issues and collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements in vendor performance.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve purchase order or requisition and vendor concerns.
• Educate vendors and internal stakeholders on ExxonMobil systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Ensure timely delivery of materials by actively monitoring purchase orders and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Provide best-in-class support to assigned vendors, maintaining strong relationships and serving as the main point of contact for delivery-related matters
• Detect operational issues and collaborate with Vendor Performance Leads and internal teams to drive improvements in end-to-end vendor performance
• Work closely with all key stakeholders to resolve purchase order or purchase requisition and vendor concerns
• Educate vendors and key internal stakeholders on ExxonMobil systems and processes, while identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and support broader materials operations as needed

About You

Skills and Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in similar roles
• Bachelor's degree in: Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade or similar degrees.
• Outstanding communication skills, proactive initiative to engage vendors (via phone vs. email) and build relationships
• Problem solving and prioritization of tasks
• Collaboration skills and ability to manage cross-functional interfaces, both locally and remotely, and promote corporation-first outcomes
• Ability to adapt to quickly changing operational needs thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains positive behaviors
