The role focuses on volume management activities, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to allocation strategies and continuous process improvements within a growing logistics function.

• Assist Demand Planners in collecting and optimizing sales forecasts.

This role offers an opportunity to work within a developing and increasingly critical area of the Supply Chain organization, focused on Volume Management and allocation optimization. The function is critical to enabling successful business outcomes by ensuring effective alignment among supply availability, commercial priorities, and customer commitments.

What role you will play in our team

Support the management of product availability and customer allocations by executing volume management activities aligned with sales and supply plans. The role contributes to cross‑functional coordination and data accuracy to enable effective demand planning, allocation decisions, and reliable execution.

What you will do

• Manage product allocations to customers based on agreed final sales plans and supply signals using business‑specific volume management
• Coordinate allocation adjustments driven by specific sales and supply scenarios
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and S&OP teams to address allocation challenges and support the release of order blocks as appropriate
• Maintain and manage master data within volume management systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Assist Demand Planners in collecting, reviewing, and optimizing sales forecasts in line with established systems and processes ;
• Support alignment between forecasted demand, available supply, and allocation logic
• Communicate and align allocation updates, adjustments, and volume‑related scenarios with relevant stakeholders

About you

Experience or exposure in one or more of the following areas is beneficial:

• Supply Chain volume management, allocation, or demand planning support
• Working with ATP, allocation, or volume management systems
• Collaboration with commercial, customer service, and planning teams in a cross‑functional environment
• Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and integrity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross‑functional setting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
