The Walt Disney Company Buenos Aires, Argentina, seeks a Supervisor of Influencers Marketing to lead day-to-day influencer campaigns, coordinate with creators and agencies, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and platform best practices. You will analyze performance metrics and develop insightful post-campaign reports.

Role sits within the Editorial & Media Strategy Team, collaborating with marketing, creative, social media, PR and digital media.

Formación

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing processes and campaign execution.
  • Experience coordinating campaigns with creators, talent agencies or media agencies.
  • Advanced level in English.
  • Experience monitoring campaign performance and reporting results.
  • Understanding of major social media platforms and creator ecosystems.

  • Oversee day-to-day management of influencer campaigns across Disney brands and Lines of Business.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables and approval processes.
  • Ensure influencer content complies with brand guidelines and platform best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, agencies and talent representatives.
  • Assist with partnership negotiations and campaign logistics when required.
  • Track campaign performance with BI and generate reports and post-campaign analyses.
  • Monitor influencer, audience and content performance metrics and provide insights.

How will you contribute to our magical experience? This role will oversee the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, agency coordination, content delivery, performance tracking, and creator relationships, ensuring all activations are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and platform best practices. This position will be part of Editorial & Media Strategy Team working closely with marketing, creative, social media, PR & digital media.

The Supervisor, Influencers Marketing will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate the execution of influencer marketing campaigns across Disney brands and Lines of Business.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and approval processes.
  • Ensure influencer content complies with brand guidelines and platform best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, agencies and talent representatives.
  • Assist with partnership negotiations and campaign logistics when required.
  • Track with BI the campaign performance across social platforms.
  • Develop reports and post-campaign analyses.
  • Monitor influencer, audience and content performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future activations.
  • Monitor social media trends, creator ecosystems and emerging platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for innovative influencer activations.
  • Ensure influencer partnerships comply with legal, regulatory and disclosure requirements.
  • Follow internal processes and governance frameworks for influencer marketing activities.
  • Support implementation of influencer marketing standards and best practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end budgeting and quotation process for influencer marketing campaigns, including requesting and evaluating proposals from talent agencies and creators, negotiating rates and deliverables, tracking campaign budgets, and ensuring cost efficiency while maximizing campaign impact.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Minimum 4 of experience in Influencer Marketing processes and campaign execution, Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication (preferred) or related careers.
  • Advanced level in English.
  • Experience coordinating campaigns with creators, talent agencies or media agencies and experience monitoring campaign performance and reporting results.
  • Understanding of major social media platforms and creator ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with analytics, reporting and social listening tools.
  • Understanding of social media trends and platform dynamics.
  • Basic knowledge of performance metrics and ROI analysis.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and execution excellence.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
  • Creative thinking and capability to evaluate content ideas.
