AgileEngine is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to support data-driven decisions around subscriptions and promotions for a major OTT streaming business. You will build Snowflake tables and Tableau dashboards, turning complex data into actionable insights for Finance, Marketing and Product teams, and communicate ROI to senior stakeholders.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data storytelling is essential, with English fluency and the ability to own projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fluent/business-level English is required.
• 4+ years of independent project ownership.
• Proficient in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau or PowerBI, Excel, and Python.
• Experience with CTEs, window functions, and date/time functions.
• BI tool proficiency in Tableau to build dashboards.
• Knowledge of statistics and machine learning basics.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering for workflow efficiency.
• Strong communication of business impact and ROI to executives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting tables to track subscription and offers performance.
• Produce critical monthly financial reports and analyze variances.
• Build Tableau dashboards summarizing metrics for stakeholders.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and offers impact.
• Model discount strategies to inform revenue management.
• Ensure data accuracy and monitor quality control processes.
• Address ad hoc requests from Finance, Marketing, Distribution, Product, etc.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to integrate marketing and content data.
