AgileEngine is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to support data-driven decisions around subscriptions and promotional offers for a major OTT streaming business. You will build Snowflake tables, Tableau dashboards, and reports translating analytics into executive-level insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

The role requires SQL, Python, and strong analytical judgment, with English fluency and a track record of independent project ownership.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with independent project ownership for Senior Analyst level.
• Data storytelling and strategic communication: translating outputs to executive insights and ROI.
• Fluent/business-level English (written and verbal).
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, OR Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Daily proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau or PowerBI, Excel, and Python.
• Proficiency in SQL (CTEs, window functions, date/time).
• Tableau expertise to build dashboards.
• Familiarity with database models and large data loads.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and/or machine learning.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for workflow efficiency and data security awareness.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting tables to track subscription and promo offers performance.
• Produce monthly financial reports and variance analysis to explain anomalies.
• Build Tableau dashboards with actionable metrics for Finance, Marketing, and Product.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and promo impact.
• Model discount strategies and analyze subscriber retention and LTV for revenue management.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality control across datasets.
• Handle ad hoc requests from multiple stakeholders with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to integrate marketing and content data for holistic insights.
