AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data and Analytics Engineer to design and build data pipelines and analytical models that enable BI and strategic decisions in the media and entertainment space.

You will work with Snowflake, dbt Cloud, Python, SQL, and modern tooling to deliver production-grade data features in a fast-paced, governance-aware environment. Collaborate with product managers and analysts to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Formación

• 4+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering in a production environment.
• Expert-level Python and SQL skills.
• Strong proficiency with Snowflake and development tools (GitHub, VS Code).
• Ability to thrive in a low-process environment similar to a data science team.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders and product managers.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver robust data features and pipelines within project teams for fast-paced business-facing verticals.
• Translate business use cases into robust data models using dbt and SQL, integrating external platforms data.
• Build and maintain scalable pipelines using Snowflake, dbt Cloud, GitHub, VS Code, and local Python.
• Leverage AI tools in the development workflow (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Snowflake Cortex) and governance setups.
• Collaborate with product managers and analysts to deliver consumption-ready data and ensure quality.
