Life Academy seeks a proactive Student Success Manager (SSM) to guide students through practical journeys in financial markets, driving engagement and conversions. You will contact leads, explain trading platforms, and collaborate with Product and Marketing to optimize the funnel.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Sales or Account Management, experience in LatAm markets, and strong CRM, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets skills, with English B1 or higher.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
• Experience in trading, forex, finance, or crypto.
• Experience in LatAm markets and regional student/customer behavior.
• Comfortable with KPIs and performance targets.
• Experience using CRM, WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and ability to convert leads.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• English level at least B1 or higher.

Responsabilités

• Contact new leads and students via calls, messaging apps, email, and other channels.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of company and partner products/services.
• Guide users through account opening and deposit processes on trading platforms.
• Educate on benefits of real vs. demo accounts to drive conversions.
• Build trust and motivate students to become active traders.
• Follow communication standards and approved sales scripts.
• Accurately manage and update data in the CRM system.
• Track and respond to student interactions across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and experts to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze user behavior and engagement to optimize sales strategies.
• Provide feedback to enhance student experience and conversion funnel.
• Conduct group webinars and promote additional products/features.
• Support various sales and operational tasks within the team.
