Job summary

Life Academy is recruiting a proactive Sales Representative/Asesor Comercial to guide students through their initial steps in financial markets, both demo and real accounts. You will drive engagement, support practical sessions, and collaborate with teams to optimize conversions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Sales/Account Management, experience in trading/finance, familiarity with LatAm markets, and strong CRM/communication skills. The role offers USD-based pay and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
• Experience in trading, forex, finance, or crypto is a must.
• Experience working in LatAm markets and understanding regional behavior.
• Comfortable with KPIs and performance-based targets.
• Experience using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets.
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented, able to engage students and convert them.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Contact new leads and students via calls, messaging apps, email, and other channels
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of company and partner products/services
• Guide users through account opening and deposit processes
• Educate on real vs. demo accounts to drive conversions
• Build trust and motivate students to become active traders
• Follow approved sales scripts and update data in the CRM
• Track and respond to student interactions across channels
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and experts to improve conversions
• Analyze user behavior to optimize sales strategies
• Provide feedback to enhance student experience and funnel
• Conduct group webinars and promote products/features
• Support various sales and operational tasks
