EY-Parthenon Argentina is establishing a Strategy Realized Global Delivery Team in Buenos Aires to provide near‑shore support to US engagements. The Associate will lead workstreams, structure ambiguous problems, and deliver client-ready insights on strategic assessments, growth strategy, and go‑to‑market initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with MBA or master’s preferred, strong English communication, and 2+ years in consulting or related fields.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with structured thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one or more workstreams within engagements, structuring analyses and driving delivery.
• Develop data request lists, document notes, and synthesize summaries from meetings.
• Gather, cleanse, and normalize datasets for quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Develop client-ready deliverables following EY-Parthenon guidelines.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely delivery across time zones.
• Support go-to-market, commercial diligence, and transformation engagements.
