EY-Parthenon Argentina is seeking an Associate/Staff to join the Strategy Realized Global Delivery Team. The role focuses on leading workstreams, structuring ambiguous problems, and delivering client-ready analyses and recommendations with an AI-first mindset.

The successful candidate will work with onshore US teams and distributed global delivery partners, translating business questions into structured hypotheses and actionable deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
• Recent to ~2 years of consulting experience in strategy-related engagements.
• Strong ability to structure problems and develop client-ready deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Lead one or more workstreams within engagements.
• Develop data request lists and synthesize meeting notes.
• Gather, cleanse and normalize datasets for analyses.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Create structured problem statements and hypotheses.
• Develop client-ready deliverables following guidelines.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver work on time.
