Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the annual Trade Marketing strategy across all channels.
• Manage, coach and develop a high-performing Trade Marketing team.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive excellence in in-market activation and execution standards.
• Own Trade Marketing investment governance and KPI tracking.
• Leverage market and shopper data to identify insights and improve execution.
• Lead relationships with agencies, suppliers and external partners.
