Haleon in Argentina is seeking a highly impactful Trade Marketing Manager to lead our Trade Marketing agenda, connecting category strategy, customer priorities, shopper insights and flawless execution.

You will lead a team, transform strategy into winning customer and shopper plans, drive growth, visibility, distribution and profitability across channels, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence to identify opportunities and optimize activation in market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales or other commercial functions in Consumer Goods/Consumer Health.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Advanced English and strong presentation skills.
• Experience managing trade investments and promotional budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the annual Trade Marketing strategy across all channels.
• Manage, coach and develop a high-performing Trade Marketing team.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive excellence in point-of-sale execution, visibility strategies and promotions.
• Oversee Trade Marketing investment governance, KPI tracking and ROI analysis.
• Leverage data to identify insights and improve execution effectiveness.
