Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a Technology Development Program Manager to drive semiconductor technology development processes and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams across the organization.

You will partner with Advanced Packaging, Product Development, Sourcing, Quality, and Assembly/Test teams to align technology plans with the product roadmap, while leading process improvements and issue resolution in a global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with minimum 2 years in engineering industry.
• Project/program management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver semiconductor technology development programs with a clear plan and schedule.
• Communicate program status, risks, and changes to cross-functional teams and executives.
• Utilize project management tools and processes across development phases.
• Partner with project teams and business leaders to accelerate delivery.
• Improve cross-organizational processes for opportunity pursuit.
• Identify tasks, dependencies, resources, and create/tracking schedules.
• Assess risks and coordinate resources with other functions.
• Review requirements for completeness and clarity.
