Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a Technology Development Program Manager to lead semiconductor technology development programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including Advanced Packaging, Product Development, Sourcing, Quality, and Assembly/Test to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with the product roadmap.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 2 years in engineering with program management experience; PMP certification is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering plus minimum 2 years engineering experience; project/program management experience preferred.
• PMP or formal project management certification is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver semiconductor development programs with clear schedules and milestones.
• Plan scope, resources, budget, and timing for new initiatives with affected teams.
• Communicate program status, risks, and changes to executives and stakeholders.
• Use internal project management tools and processes across development phases.
• Collaborate with project teams and business leaders to accelerate delivery.
• Identify dependencies and assign resources; manage schedules and task estimates.
