Worley is seeking a Deputy Sr Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for equipment, materials and third party services. You will ensure quality compliance, timely delivery and cost efficiency while preparing procurement plans and vendor selections for complex projects.

Ideal candidates bring University degree and 15+ years of supervisory, project management and procurement experience, based in Buenos Aires with potential relocation to San Juan; travel to San Juan will be required.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent in related field.
• Typically 15+ years of relevant experience including supervisory, project management and technical experience.
• Based in Buenos Aires with potential relocation to San Juan; travel to San Juan may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee procurement of equipment, materials and third party services to meet project schedule.
• Prepare procurement plans, vendor lists and RFQ packages; evaluate bids and recommend awards.
• Ensure quality and cost targets while maintaining delivery timing and compliance.
• Lead and develop procurement team; communicate with senior management on proposals.
• Influence across departments to align procurement with corporate goals.
