Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a P&C business partner with organisational design exposure.
• Strong talent strategy, workforce planning and leadership development background.
• Proficient in Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Internal Communications, and DE&I.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Advise on organizational design and change management initiatives.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent development, and succession programs.
• Coach leaders to drive performance and accountability.
• Guide employee relations in line with employment laws and policy.
• Develop and promote HR policies, monitor HR metrics, and report insights.
• Lead inclusion and engagement initiatives to improve retention.
