DiDi Global is seeking a Senior Analyst for Strategy & Planning (Operations) to bridge data and field operations across cities. You will design growth plans, drive cross-team collaboration and translate metrics into actionable initiatives.

This role requires 3+ years in strategy or operations, strong SQL, and fluency in English. You’ll own projects end-to-end, influence stakeholders, and help shape the portfolio’s performance in a fast-changing mobility environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in Strategy, Operations, or Analyst roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Economics).
• Fluent in English with strong data storytelling ability.
• Ability to align teams and influence stakeholders across levels.

• Strategic Architect: design and deploy growth strategies for a portfolio of cities.
