DiDi Global is seeking a Senior Analyst for Strategy & Planning (Operations) to bridge data and field operations across cities. You will design growth plans, drive cross-team collaboration and translate metrics into actionable initiatives.

This role requires 3+ years in strategy or operations, strong SQL, and fluency in English. You’ll own projects end-to-end, influence stakeholders, and help shape the portfolio’s performance in a fast-changing mobility environment.

Role Responsibilities

Role Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in Strategy, Operations, or Analyst roles. While direct product experience is a plus, we prioritize candidates with a high "learning velocity" and a proven track record of solving tough, ambiguous problems.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline).
• Data-Driven Mindset: SQL proficiency is essential, and you are fluent in the language of data, able to translate complex data into clear, persuasive business strategies.
• Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in English.
• Collaborative Influence: You are a "people-person" who can align disparate teams around a single goal and adapt communication to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Independent Ownership: You excel with minimal guidance, identifying problems proactively and solving them with autonomy and agility.
