Formación

• Experience leading large, complex programs spanning multiple functions or business units.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, managing senior stakeholders and matrixed teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills beyond a single team.
• Experience coaching and developing professionals or project leaders.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in project/program management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to adapt approaches in dynamic, fast-paced environments with ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership for complex, cross-functional programs ensuring alignment with strategies and priorities.
• Leads matrixed teams with clear accountability and governance.
• Owns end-to-end program execution including charters and roadmaps.
• Monitors milestones, KPIs, and value realization; manages risks.
• Identifies and resolves cross-functional risks; escalates to executives as needed.
• Oversees scope, budget, and resource planning within approved parameters.
• Interprets financial forecasts and reconciles resources across initiatives.
• Leads change management and business readiness to ensure adoption and benefits.
• Reports to executive sponsors and steering committees with concise updates.
• Represents initiatives in governance forums influencing prioritization and investment.
• Coaches project managers and senior staff to build capability.
• Captures lessons learned and improves methodologies and standards.
• Partners with leaders to identify process improvements supporting long-term objectives.
