EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a senior AI Execution Analyst and Reporting Lead to drive AI engineering and automation across a global program. You will develop agentic AI workflows using Claude, Python, Power Automate and the Microsoft platform, ensuring secure, verifiable outputs for senior leadership reporting.

Competenze
- 10+ years in software, automation or data engineering with production ownership.
- Experience building with Claude, Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK.
- Strong Python and automation of document/data workflows.
- English language proficiency and ability to work with global teams.

- Design, build and operate AI agents and automation for recurring reporting.
- Own AI and automation roadmap and prioritize impactful work.
- Lead AI and agentic AI guidance across Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy.
- Establish safe, consistent AI adoption practices and verification methods.
- Develop reusable AI engineering components and patterns for the program.
- Represent AI/automation stance to senior stakeholders and governance.
