ExxonMobil in Argentina seeks a Supply Chain Planning & Optimization specialist to generate accurate sales forecasts, linking Sales, Marketing and Supply. You will apply advanced analytics to forecast accuracy and maintain historical demand data.

You will lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, collaborate with Sales and Marketing to adapt to market dynamics, and drive long-term improvements in planning processes.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Demonstrate sound business judgment and customer focus.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interface effectively with other functions; collaborative.
• Strong data analysis skill set.
• SAP knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and Access; able to build queries and databases.

Responsabilidades

• Generate a reliable forecast that informs Supply Chain planning; links Sales, Marketing and Supply.
• Provide timely forecasts to Supply to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to understand changing customer needs and market dynamics.
• Maintain historical demand information.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
• Identify opportunities for forecast improvements; monitor data quality and fix issues.
