ExxonMobil in Buenos Aires is seeking a mid-level FP&A professional to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for the Upstream/Product Solutions group. You will monitor expenses, analyze results against plans, and provide insights to guide business decisions.

Requires 3+ years in finance or accounting, advanced Excel, and knowledge of US GAAP. Bachelor's in Accounting/Business/Economics.

Formación

• Mid-level professional (+3 years) in finance or accounting, FP&A or management control.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics (Accounting/BA preferred).
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, or management reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and US GAAP knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage planning activities, comparing actual results against KPIs.
• Analyze business and financial results for insights vs plans and trends.
• Include stewarding plans for headcount, technology, supply chain, and sustainability KPIs.
• May support the annual planning process.
• Participate in benchmarking and ad-hoc analyses as required.
• Analyze P&L to evaluate results vs budget and forecasts.
