Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an Analytics and Modeling Specialist within the BI&A function to deliver data-driven analytics to Markets and Services leadership. The role focuses on defining metrics, gathering requirements, sourcing data, and delivering insights to support leadership reviews and strategic initiatives.

The incumbent will work with dashboards and presentations, coordinate reporting for leadership reviews, and partner with Finance and HR to provide actionable analytics for budgeting,

Qualifications

• Any graduate degree required; MBA from tier I or tier II preferred.
• Total work experience of 6–8 years; 3 years in Analytics/Reporting/PMO strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of advanced Excel, PowerPoint and at least one data visualization tool such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL, SSRS, Access, VBA is highly preferred.
• Experience in data sciences/predictive analytics with reputed organization is desirable.
• Knowledge of Power Apps is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner to Market/Service Leads, delivering data-driven insights using analytics and visualization tools.
• Manage reviews of business results with stakeholders and track challenges/next steps.
• Provide analysis for programs including pipeline, win/loss, account planning, profitability improvements.
• Provide operations support and reporting to leadership to understand KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Enable leadership with analytics for budgeting/forecasting in collaboration with Finance and HR.
