Brunello Cucinelli is seeking a Store Administration Specialist to efficiently manage administrative, financial, and operational activities in a luxury boutique. The role acts as a liaison with Head Office and external partners to drive operational excellence and support client engagement.

The candidate will oversee cash handling, invoicing, banking operations, and reporting while ensuring compliance with company procedures and AML rules.

Formación

  • Experience in administrative and financial processes including cash management, invoicing, banking operations, expense control, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in sales data analysis and KPI monitoring.
  • Proficiency with IT tools, especially Excel, POS systems, and CRM platforms; fluent in French and English.

  • Managing boutique administrative and financial processes (supplier invoicing, expenses, banking) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Overseeing cash handling and store transactions in line with procedures and AML regulations.
  • Collaborating with Controlling and Head Office to prepare reports and monitor performance.
  • Monitoring sales performance and KPIs, producing analyses for commercial decisions and merchandising.

Profile:The Store Administration Specialist ensures the accurate and efficient execution of the boutique’s administrative, financial, and operational activities, maintaining compliance, accuracy, and business support. Acting as a key liaison between the store and corporate functions, the role contributes to operational excellence through the management of administrative processes, monitoring sales performance, and upholding the high standards of luxury retail.Role Responsibilities:The Store Administration Specialist ensures accuracy and compliance with company procedures while working closely with Boutique Management, Head Office, and external partners to drive operational efficiency, achieve commercial objectives, and monitor CRM activities.Key responsibilities include:Managing the boutique’s administrative and financial processes, including supplier invoicing, expense control, banking operations, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.Overseeing cash handling activities and store transactions, ensuring proper cash flow management in compliance with administrative procedures and applicable anti-money laundering regulations.Collaborating with Controlling and other Head Office functions by preparing reports and providing information to support the boutique’s financial and operational performance monitoring.Monitoring sales performance and key KPIs, producing analyses and reports to support commercial decision-making as well as Buying and Merchandising activities.Ensuring the proper administration of POS-related activities and performing periodic reconciliations with management systems.Supporting the execution and monitoring of CRM activities, ensuring the quality and integrity of customer data while contributing to client engagement and loyalty initiatives.Coordinating relationships with suppliers and external partners and providing operational support in the organization of events and client-focused activities.Supporting Boutique Management in identifying process improvement opportunities and contributing to the maintenance of the highest luxury retail standards.Qualifications:To succeed in this role, we are looking for a professional with experience in administrative and operational functions, preferably gained within the luxury retail environment. Accuracy, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential to effectively support boutique operations and business objectives.The ideal candidate will possess:At least 4 years of experience in administrative, financial, or operational roles, preferably within the retail or hospitality sectors.Solid knowledge of administrative and financial processes, including cash management, invoicing, banking operations, expense control, and reporting.Strong analytical skills and experience in sales data analysis, KPI monitoring, and business performance reporting.Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Excel, POS systems, and CRM platforms.Fluency in both French and English. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, together with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, complete the profile.Selection Process:At Brunello Cucinelli, the person is placed at the centre of every process.
