Kyndryl is hiring for a role focused on local statutory accounting and compliance in Buenos Aires. You will prepare financial statements, support regulatory filings, and coordinate with Finance, Tax, and other teams to ensure accurate reporting.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, cross‑functional teamwork, and maintaining internal controls while staying updated on regulatory changes. English communication and experience with SAP/S4H are valuable.

Formación

• 1+ year experience in accounting, preferably local books preparation or audit support.
• Strong goal orientation and results focus.
• Clear communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Basic Excel with pivot table usage; macro knowledge not required.
• Intermediate English; team includes US/Canada collaborators.
• Familiarity with SAP/S4H is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Support submission of statutory filings by organizing documents and coordinating with internal teams.
• Help gather and compile financial and statistical information requested by local authorities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and other departments to validate data for statutory reporting and compliance.
• Provide admin and logistical support during external audits, including organizing evidence and tracking deliverables.
• Assist in monitoring internal controls related to statutory accounting processes.
• Support use and maintenance of accounting systems and tools for statutory reporting and compliance.
• Stay informed of regulatory updates and escalate relevant changes to senior team members.

The Role

Responsibilities

• Assist and execute the preparation and maintenance of local statutory accounting records and financial statements, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with local requirements.
• Support the submission of statutory filings by organizing documentation and coordinating with relevant internal teams.
• Help gather and compile financial and statistical information requested by local regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and other departments to collect and validate data needed for statutory reporting and compliance.
• Provide administrative and logistical support during external audits, including organizing audit evidence and tracking deliverables.
• Assist in monitoring and documenting internal controls related to statutory accounting processes.
• Support the use and maintenance of accounting systems and tools used for statutory reporting and compliance.
• Stay informed of basic regulatory and accounting updates and elevate relevant changes to senior team members.

Required Skills and Expertise

More than 1 year of:

• Experience in the fields of accounting , specially in local books preparation and/or audit supports.
• Focus on goals and results
• Good communication & time management skills
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Excel Knowledge: Basic level of Excel, specifically in the use of pivot tables. Advanced knowledge in macros is not required.
• Intermediate English: Ability to communicate in English, as part of the team is based in the United States and Canada.
• SAP knowledge: Basic level of SAP/S4H would be valuable
• Experience with Workiva and Power BI is preferred but not required
