1250 Kyndryl Argentina S.R.L. is hiring for a role focused on statutory accounting and regulatory reporting. You will assist in preparing local records, support filings, and collaborate with Finance, Tax, and other teams to ensure compliant reporting.

The role offers a hybrid-friendly environment and opportunities to work with tools like SAP/S4H, Power BI, and Workiva, developing in a global corporate setting.

Formación

• More than 1 year of accounting experience with local books preparation or audit support.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities; goal-oriented.
• Proficient in Excel, especially pivot tables; basic macros not required.
• Intermediate English; team includes members in the US/Canada.
• Familiarity with SAP/S4H and related tools is valuable.
• Experience with Workiva and Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing and maintaining local statutory accounting records and financial statements.
• Support submission of statutory filings by coordinating with internal teams.
• Gather and compile financial and statistical information for regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and other departments for data needed for reporting.
• Provide admin support during external audits and track deliverables.
• Monitor and document internal controls related to statutory accounting processes.
• Support use and maintenance of accounting systems used for statutory reporting.
• Stay informed of regulatory and accounting updates and escalate changes to senior team.

The Role Responsibilities

• Assist and execute the preparation and maintenance of local statutory accounting records and financial statements, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with local requirements.
• Support the submission of statutory filings by organizing documentation and coordinating with relevant internal teams.
• Help gather and compile financial and statistical information requested by local regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and other departments to collect and validate data needed for statutory reporting and compliance.
• Provide administrative and logistical support during external audits, including organizing audit evidence and tracking deliverables.
• Assist in monitoring and documenting internal controls related to statutory accounting processes.
• Support the use and maintenance of accounting systems and tools used for statutory reporting and compliance.
• Stay informed of basic regulatory and accounting updates and elevate relevant changes to senior team members.

Required Skills and Expertise

• More than 1 year of:
• Experience in the fields of accounting , specially in local books preparation and/or audit supports.
• Focus on goals and results
• Good communication & time management skills
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Excel Knowledge: Basic level of Excel, specifically in the use of pivot tables.
• Advanced knowledge in macros is not required.
• Intermediate English: Ability to communicate in English, as part of the team is based in the United States and Canada.
• SAP knowledge: Basic level of SAP/S4H would be valuable
• Experience with Workiva and Power BI is preferred but not required.
